Welcome to Studio Pareidolia LLC (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “the Company”). We are excited to have you as a user of our applications. The following terms and conditions (collectively, these “Terms of Service”) apply to your use of Studio Pareidolia LLC applications, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or via the applications (the “App”). 2. Changes to the Terms of Service and the App

Studio Pareidolia LLC continuously works to improve the App and reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at our discretion. We will announce major changes prominently, though “major” changes are subjective. You may monitor changes through the Terms of Service Versions link. Continued use of the App after any updates signifies acceptance of those changes.

3. Accessing the App, Security, and Privacy

While we strive for consistent access to the App, we cannot guarantee 24/7 availability. We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to certain features. Studio Pareidolia LLC is not liable for any data loss due to outages or restrictions.

  • To access some features, you must register with an email and password.
  • Keep login details confidential and notify us of any security breaches.
  • We recommend using a strong password and logging out after each session.
  • Personal data you provide will be managed according to our Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual Property Rights and Use Guidelines

The App, including its original content, features, and functionality, is the property of Studio Pareidolia LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other proprietary rights laws.

  • You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or modify any content except as explicitly allowed by the App.
  • Content Definition: “Content” includes information, data, text, photos, videos, audio, posts, comments, software, scripts, graphics, and interactive features provided or accessible on the App.
  • User-generated content (“User Content”) must comply with all laws and be accurate and up-to-date. You assume all risks for damage or loss from accessing any Content.

By submitting public User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, edit, reproduce, and distribute such content within the App and related business activities. You also grant each user of the App a non-exclusive license to access your User Content as permitted by these Terms.

We do not guarantee the availability of any Content on the App and may remove or block any Content at our discretion.

5. User Contributions and Content Standards

The App may contain message boards, forums, and other features allowing users to post or transmit User Content. User Content must:

  • Be lawful, free of malware, and adhere to Content Standards, which prohibit defamatory, obscene, and infringing material.
  • Not promote sexually explicit material, violence, discrimination, illegal activities, or misrepresentation of identity.
  • Respect others’ legal rights, including copyright and privacy.

User Content on the App is not intended to replace qualified legal advice. Our role regarding documents and transactions completed on the App is that of a neutral third party.

6. Law and Copyright Infringement

We are not obligated to review all material before it is posted, nor can we ensure prompt removal of objectionable material. We assume no liability for user-provided content. 7. Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitations of Liability, and Indemnification

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

  • Studio Pareidolia LLC is not liable for damages, direct or consequential, resulting from your use of the App.
  • You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your violation of third-party rights.

8. Geographic Restrictions

The App is provided for use by persons in the United States. We make no representations regarding the App’s accessibility or legality outside of the U.S. If you access the App from outside the U.S., you do so at your own risk and responsibility.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any disputes or claims related to them shall be governed by Florida law. Any legal proceedings must be brought exclusively in federal or state courts in Florida.

10. Waiver and Severability

Failure to enforce any part of these Terms does not constitute a waiver. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
